RETURN POLICY

Due to the fact that breast pumps are personal, single-user items (as registered with the FDA), breast pumps are non-refundable once the box has be opened.

If the breast pump has never been opened, you can return your items along with your original invoice any time within 60 DAYS after purchase. You must contact us and receive a return authorization number and return address before you attempt to return the pump. Any pumps returned without this number will be shipped back to the sender.

Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Delivery time and Back Order

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours (usually shipped next day).

You can always check your order status by clicking at the button "Order Status" on our front page. Enter your email address (exactly the way it was entered into our system) and your zip code. There you will be able to check the status of your order and obtain the UPS tracking number if the item has been shipped.
